Helsinga Medieval Day

Journey in time back to the Middle Ages! Helsinga Medieval Day means all the fun of the fair: scents and tastes, music, guided tours, talks, handicraft demonstrations and things to do for people from all walks of life.
Helsinga Medieval Day is a large-scale event for families, young and old. It takes place in the authentic medieval milieu around the Church of St Lawrence and its vicarage in Vantaa’s Helsinge Parish Village. BRQ Vantaa is one of the three main organisers, along with the Vantaa Society and Tikkurila Parish. The festival contributes a picnic concert in the vicarage apple orchard and other music-related attractions such as Take a Break concerts and a children’s music workshop.
Helsinga Medieval Day will be held on Sat August 12, 2028 at 11-18. Three years ago the Day attracted no fewer than 11,000 visitors, and we are expecting a lively day rich in atmosphere again this year. Admission to the event is free.
Helsinga Medieval Day is a European Heritage Days event.
