"The Green Fairy" is a stage and music work that combines contemporary music, poetry, and theater. It is based on the poems of Charles Baudelaire, which have served as inspiration for composers and are included in the performance as texts. The performance also glimpses the familiar, universal Dandy character from Baudelaire's essay "Dandy," in all his contradiction. The theme of the music and lights in the performance is the louche phenomenon of absinthe clouding in water, which is likened to an abstract concept of poisoning.
