Built in 1957, Galleria K was formerly Vantaa’s main library. Its timeless atmosphere is just made for listening to music, for taking a break surrounded by works of art.
The buildings were designed by Olli and Eija Saijonmaa. Its annexe is right beside the Town Hall, in the centre of Tikkurila and only a couple of minutes’ walk from the railway station. It was converted into a gallery in connection with the Town Hall’s refurbishment in 2013.
In addition to holding temporary exhibitions, Galleria K is used for seminars, lectures, cultural events, and City hospitality occasions.
