Rosetta Ensemble

The virtuosic and colourful Rosetta ensemble was formed in spring 2019 by recorder player Sunniva Fagerlund, baroque violinist Anthony Marini and organist Markku Mäkinen. The successful members have all established themselves both at home and abroad and have studied in the Netherlands, Germany, France and at the Sibelius Academy with Kati Hämäläinen, Peter Holtslag, François Fernandez and Sirkka-Liisa Kaakinen-Pilch. The members of the Rosetta Ensemble are active musicians and have been seen as soloists and chamber musicians with the Finnish Baroque Orchestra, Kymi Sinfonietta, The King's Consort, Le Poème Harmonique, Helsinki Baroque Orchestra, Espoo Baroque, Ensemble Nylandia and Les Ambassadeurs. Trio Rosetta ensemble is a young ensemble, but has already performed at many stages and festivals. These include the Rauma Festivo, the "Metrolla" music series and the Italian Hermans festival.
